My journey into tech started the way many great stories do—with late-night gaming sessions. I loved playing online with friends, which quickly led me down the rabbit hole of setting up servers, fixing network issues, and troubleshooting any problem that got between us and our games. That curiosity turned into passion—and eventually, into a career.

While in college, I landed a role at a small but sharp IT consulting company where I had the privilege of learning directly from the three partners. Each excelled in a different area—sales, server administration, and networking—giving me a solid foundation across the IT spectrum.

Life took a turn when I moved from my home country to the U.S., and I started fresh at Best Buy. That chapter opened my eyes to how deeply integrated technology is in our homes, and how much people rely on it for their everyday lives. It was there that I truly saw the value of making tech approachable, personal, and helpful.

Fast forward to today—I’m now an IT Manager for a South Florida company, leading helpdesk operations and managing critical infrastructure. But I’ve always had a vision: to create my own business. Something personal. Something real. And that’s where BacoIT comes in.
